Linda L. Nichols Montgomery

Linda L. Nichols Montgomery, 59, passed away peacefully Sunday morning with her loving family by her side. Linda loved to do many things, but to her the most important thing was being close to family and sharing family oriented activities. Words cannot express how much she will be missed. She was predeceased by her parents, Zeb Nichols and Frances Faye, brothers Bill and Rick. Linda is survived by her husband of 44 years, Fred, her sister and brother-in-law, Penny and Mike Chaffee, her children; Faye and Dave Stout, Fred and Tracy Montgomery, Rob and Hillary Montgomery, Dan Montgomery and Patty Stone. She leaves behind cherished grandchildren, Fred and Monica, April, Danielle, Allen, Seth, Max and Mateya, 3 great grandchildren and the pup she adored, Max. Funeral services will be held 6:00pm, Friday, October 10, 2014 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Eric Jensen officiating. Family will received friends at the funeral home from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. Interment and committal services will be in Spring Forest Cemetery, Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 10:00am.
