Rosemarie Sarantapoulos

Rosemarie Sarantapoulos, 74, our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away unexpectedly September 27, 2014 at home. She was predeceased by her mother Ruth E. Capp and her ex husband and friend George Sarantapoulos. Rosemarie is survived by her sisters; Ruth Ann Morgan and Barbara and Rich Maxwell, her Uncle Fred and Judy DeMann and her children; Jean and John Congdon, John and Nancy Sarantapoulos, Tina and Dan Bucinell, George Sarantapoulos and Tami Shields, Paul Sarantapoulos and Gloria Carpenter, and Karen and Rich Dixson. She leaves behind fourteen grandchildren Johnny, Justin and Lauren, Kurt, Brittney, Nicholas, Daniel, Brandon, Alison, Matthew, Victoria, Lizzie, Ryan, Rachel, Marisa, great granddaughter Kaylee Menard, great grandson Colin Loomis, and twin great grandchildren due to be born in March. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, and good friend Butch Millard. She was known for her cooking, gardening, baking cakes, an avid Elvis collector, and most of all she loved getting together with her family. Funeral services will be Thursday 10am at the DeMunn Funeral Home 36 Conklin Ave. Binghamton. Burial will follow services at Floral Park Cemetery, Johnson City.
