Kenneth Becker

Becker, Kenneth F. of Vestal Ken Becker, 79, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Wilson Hospital after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Martha Becker. Ken is survived by his wife, Sharon (Bechtel) and son Tod, his brother, Robert Becker, Endicott and brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Bonny Bechtel, Glen Aubrey. Ken served in the Army from 1953 until he was honorably discharged in 1962. He retired from IBM after 36 years where he held several positions. Ken was an avid golfer and enjoyed his time on the course with his friend, Charlie Carr. He was an active member of the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research for over 25 years. The family wishes to thank all of the friends and family who have reached out and shown support over the past week while Ken was hospitalized. They would also like to thank the staff at Wilson Hospital for their outstanding care and support.
