William Balch

William Balch, 45, passed away February 15, 2014. He was a caring, loving person who could be stubborn in his ways. Bill is survived by his partner, Alice Growe, Endicott and several close friends. Funeral services will be held 12:00pm, Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton.
