Patricia Welter

Our beloved mother, Patricia Morrison Welter, 75, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 1, 2014 due to complications of a motor vehicle accident. She was one of those rare individuals who lived her whole life in the home her father built for his family. Her life was devoted to her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Robert. Pat is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Kevin Fullagar, Ithaca, cousin and best friend, Janet McDonough, Vestal, brother and sister-in-law, James and Virginia Morrison, Sarasota, Fla., nephew and niece, James and Joan Morrison, Atlanta, Ga. and treasured grand dogs, Fred and Lexi. Pat could be seen frequently sitting on her front porch to say hello to the neighbors. Pat’s family would like to thank those special neighbors who kept a watchful eye out for her over the years and also thank the caring staff of Binghamton General Hospital. At Pat’s request funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions in her name made be made to the Broome County Humane Society, 2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, NY 13903.
