Frank A. Barrett

Frank A. Barrett, 64, left us suddenly, Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Frank will be remembered for his colorful personality, his love for his family and his generosity and caring helpfulness. He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Florence Barrett and brothers, Raymond, Jr. and Robert Barrett. Frank is survived by his brothers; Pat (Jenny) Barrett, Hancock, Danny (Suzanne) Barrett, Mooresville, NC, sister-in-law, Lorraine Barrett Hyatt, Binghamton, his children, Rebecca and Terry McNerney, Windsor, Tina Barrett and Josh Rogers, Windsor, Dawn and John Lupka, Chenango Forks and Daniel Barrett, Binghamton, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He leaves behind many treasured nieces and nephews, good friends, Jody Sullivan, Charles Trombley, Beatrice Barrett and Sharon Presley.
