Mary Gabriel

Mary Gabriel, 94, passed away peacefully, August 17, 2013 at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, later moving to Hale Eddy, NY. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Mike in 2000 and son, Michael in 2012. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Mary F. Gabriel, Binghamton, four grandchildren, Heather and John Deuel, Mary Beaumont, Janine and Steve Fiorelli and Sean and Holly Gabriel and ten great-grandchildren. Mary leaves behind sisters-in-law, Rosa Gabriel and Susan Gabriel and many nieces, nephews and special friends. Mary was the proprietor of Green Acres Motel in Deposit for twenty years before retiring to Florida with her husband. She had a wonderful retirement, traveling the country as a tour guide. Mary was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church. The family wishes to thank the staff from Lourdes Hospice, Dr. Ramanujian and Nancy Evans, FNP for their care and comfort.
