Wayne Westmoreland

Wayne Westmoreland was born April 1, 1967 in Tampa, Florida. And unfortunately passed away on July 1, 2013 in Johnson city, New York. He was a wonderful man, son, brother, father, and grandfather to all. He is carried on by his mother Vera Westmoreland in Floral City, Florida. His six brothers Dwayne of Clarkson, Kentucky. Lin and Terry of South Carolina. Marion of Lakeland, Florida. Charles of Winterhaven, Florida. Guy Durbin of Tampa, Florida. Three sisters Stacy of Brandon, Florida Dottie Paris and Denise Guy of South Carolina. One son Joey Card of Endicott, New York. Three daughters of Endicott, New York Amber, Kirsten, and Haley. Also a wife Brenda Westmoreland. And two granddaughters Serenity Patterson and Shelby Card.   He was a very strong and independent man who is truly one of a kind. We ALL LOVE and MISS YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!
