Lenny Peterson

Lenny Peterson, 63, passed away, Friday, May 31, 2013. Lenny was the greatest husband, father and grandfather ever known. He was predeceased by parents, Aldo and Laverne Peterson and sister, Lindy Peterson Natishak. Lenny is survived by his wife of 27 years, Holley, children; Mark and Christie Peterson, Binghamton, Mario and Yanet Peterson, Florence, Alabama and Shawnta Smith, Port Crane, treasured grandchildren; Mario, Jr., Kayli, Mitchell, Emma, Ella, Hunter and Usher. He leaves behind, siblings; Larky and Sue Peterson, Atlanta, Georgia, Lars and Becky Peterson, Binghamton and Lori Peterson, Binghamton. Lenny served his country in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War. He loved playing the guitar. He worked hard and played harder. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Interment with full military honors will follow services in Spring Forest Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of services.
