Neil Kincer

Our beloved father, son and brother, Neil D. Kincer, 43, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013. He was a kind and caring person whose place in our hearts will always remain. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Breanna and Benjamin Brown, Binghamton; parents, David and Rita Kincer, Binghamton; sister, Debbie and Joe Davis, Endicott; and brother, Edward Kincer, Montrose. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews and his special aunt, Beverly Husband. Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m., Friday, February 1, 2013 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Monsignor Michael T. Meagher officiating.
