Betty Fedor Fitch

Betty Fedor Fitch, 81, was taken home by the Lord Thursday, January 24, 2013. A compassionate, loving and caring person toward others, Betty was always there to help anyone in need. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Angela Fedor, brothers; John and Raymond Fedor and sister, Joan Fedor. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, John, siblings, Frank and Bea Fedor, Acton, Ca., Jim and Monica Fedor, Binghamton, Mike and Robbi Fedor, Endicott and Ann and Ray Deniston, Windsor and many nieces and nephews. She leaves behind her faithful companion, Gigi. Betty retired from both Nationwide Insurance and Singer Link. She was a longtime member of Ross Memorial Presbyterian Church where she was an Elder, sang in the choir and served on several committees. Betty volunteered for The Reporter newspaper and was crowned the “Queen of Garage Sales” in the Triple Cities. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, January 28, 2013 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverends Ronald Thomas and Michael Krembs officiating. Interment will follow services in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 unitl 1:00 pm.
