Our beloved mother and grandmother, Sally “Nan” Storm, 80, was reunited with the love of her life, Raymond Storm on Monday, September 24, 2012. Known as “Nan” to many, Sally lived for her family, encouraging, supporting and cheering them on with her cowbell in hand at many of her kids and grandkids sporting events. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Naomi Roberts, brother, Clifford Roberts and sister, Ruth Roberts. Sally is survived by her children; Raymond “Rusty” and Kelly Storm, Conklin, Naomi Storm-Weyant, Kirkwood, Pamela Binkiewicz, Kirkwood and Kathy and Tom Fox, Milford, NH, treasured grandchildren, Jonathon Rouse, Sara-Rae and Chris Manning, Sterling Storm, Holly Binkiewicz, Sierra Lynn Storm and Tyler Fox. She also leaves behind sister, Elizabeth and Gill Aitchison, Greene, brother, Neil and Evelyn Roberts, Endwell, Aunt Mary Mahoney, Conklin, sister-in-law, Sally Roberts, Windsor, many nieces and nephews and her special little buddy, Trey Parker.
Sally worked for New York Telephone until her retirement. She was an active member of the Conklin Presbyterian Church especially with Children’s Choir and Sunday School. The Telephone Pioneers, The Welsh Society and Conklin Senior Citizens.
Services in celebration of Sally’s life will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Conklin Presbyterian Church, Conklin Road, Conklin with the Reverend Steven Chastain officiating.
