George McNeill of Binghamton   George McNeill, 64, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012. He survived by his children, Margarita Borges, Brooklyn, Kathleen Brown, Binghamton, George and Jasmine McNeill, Jr., Fla. and Sabrina McNeill, New Jersey. He leaves behind ten treasured grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Memorial services will be held 1:30 pm, Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Monsignor Michael T. Meagher officiating.
