Sally Elliott of Binghamton Sally Elliott, 77, passed away peacefully Friday, April 6, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul. Sally is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Randy Lee, Elmira Heights and sister, Jane Laven, Chenango Bridge. Funeral services will be private.
