John B. Casterline, Jr.

John B. Casterline, Jr. of Johnson City   John B. Casterline, Jr., 76, passed away, Saturday, August 27, 2011. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Amelia Casterline. John is survived by Shirley Casterline-Mack, Binghamton, the mother of his children; Timothy Casterline, Fayetteville, North Carolina, Glenn Casterline, Binghamton, Michael Casterline, Grand Rapids, MI, Lori Legendre, Northfield, CT and Brad Casterline, Madison, Ohio. He leaves behind 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and sister, Audrey Teeter, Athens, PA. and several nieces and nephews. John was retired from the Press and Sun Bulletin after many years of service. He drove county, charter and school buses as well for many years.  John was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Memorial services will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Interment will follow services in Glenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of services.
