Patricia Lessler Swift of Binghamton Patricia Lessler Swift, 63, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, July 31 after a short illness. She is survived by her son, Wayne, sister Madeline Lessler, brother Merlin Lessler, special friend Thomas Kerwin and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private.
