Connie Dixon

                                         Connie Dixon                                              of Lisle   Connie Dixon, 64, died Thursday, June 9, 2011 at her home in Lisle, New York. Born and raised in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Mary Twardzik.  She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School, class of 1964.  While living in Scranton, she was employed by the International Correspondence Schools in the radio and television repair division and at WVIA as an equipment technician.  Before retiring, she was employed at IBM as a software engineer.  She was a member of St Patrick’s church in Whitney Point, NY.   Connie is survived by her son, Joseph Dixon, and a brother, Joseph Kamichitis and his wife Jo-Ann, all from Scranton. The family would like to thank her friend, Gary Hine, for his help and support in Connie's final days. At her request memorial services will be private.
